Luck ya! What do you think about ride on helicopter? I never ride it. I want to curious what it alike.

Never rode on helicopter or hot air balloon. I've always wanted go on! :)

I've rode planes ZILLION of times since I was 4 I think. :)

One day will maybe hang gliding and sky diving, I don't know yet. My hubby reaallllllllllllllllllly want to go hang gliding in OBX. It cost $$$$. I must with someone because I have NO experience in it. So can fly wherever we wanna go! :giggle:

OBX stand for Outer banks in NC. We went there few months ago for our vacation. We had BLAST! It is VERY popular there for hang gliding cuz of high and alot of winds.

Outbanks are all island on left side of NC. Such as Kitty Hawk, Devil Kill Hills, Frisco, Hatteras, Ocracoke, etc. OBX is for short words for Outer Banks. :) VERY friendly places and VERY VERY PET FRIENDLY! I never seen like that. I am sooo impressed!
 
Wow! I really want to go North Carolina State. I have never touch the state before. It sound fun to ride on Gliding. I don't mind to bring my dog. :D

It was an interesting experience.

I was at a hot air balloon festival and they were giving helicopter rides to people for a price. My dad took me (and my brother, I think) along. We went up, flew around the neighborhood, then landed.
 
yes, i had twice riding in the helicopter in Grand Canyon and Loveland by Colorado.
i was often fly in the plane out of germany country, to Rome, to Singapore, to London, to Tunis, to turkish, to Paris, to Canada...But i most slept in the plane LOL

and i was fly from Frankfurt, germany to San Francisco, nonstop for 12 hours. it was cool to seeing down a country greenland. see on pics :)

I have been on the planes many many many times on both big plane and light plane. My parents use to own a light plane when I was young. Also I have been on a helicopter once.

been flying forever it seems I have a FAA private pilots rating ("license")
fly single engine Cessna airplanes (fix wing) for fun.. I work for airline as aircraft mechanic so I fly them a lot too.. I have thousands of skydives and jumps from hot air balloons (aerosats) and helicopters (rotary wings)
it's fun to fly wish more deaf would fly or learn fly / skydive

It sound fun! Do you have any experience with noise when you're ride on a helicopter? Is that same as airplane's noise cause earache?

how much cost??? the tours helicopter have 3 different fly on way. If you are there and would see on tours map, what there take 3 different tours way and you also can yourself choice ;)
to me was 179$ and 45-50 minute.

Ha Freckles, I flew for the first time when i was 8 weeks old! My grand parents lived in Menorca, Balerics island off spain. I freqently flew to menorca until i was 9 which i flew for the first time without Parents it was fun!!!

Shortest flight 1 hour to nice, France and from wellington to Queenstown in New zealand both on really tiny plane! longest without stopover 12 hours from South Africa. Longest with stop over 8 hours to New york then 6 hours to San francisco total 14 hours.

My ex BF (very good friend too) is British Airways Long haul pilot on 747's and i did fly it few times with his help!! awesome! I have alot of friends who is pilots/trolly dollies for BA's aswell.

I love flying.

I have Bungee jumped off cable car in New Zealand (no i didn't fly to New zealand... I went by a racing yacht! :D)

recent flying photo Coming home from Austria 2 weeks ago, it was awful grey weather down below the clouds!! when we broke through the clouds, it was beautiful and sunny, the mountians you see are the Alps in france.
