Chiropractors will help you after taking xray to solve the plm. I had crooked backbone from Oct 2003 xray then my chiropractor Dr told nurse and nurse did electricity massage machine itself to sweat little out of my lower back skin. and then I walk to the rolling machine and I lay on rolling machine. then nurse turned it on and rolling massage started to straight up my back. My notice before xray is hurting back for like 5 days in a row and I asked Mom did she have back problems before in her life? she said no. so I knew something is wrong so that's why I go straight to Chiropractor after family practice doctor told me to go straight to chiropractor. so hope it helps.
