Has anyone tried this?

I am glad to know I am not the only one who eats at Subway almost every day..:)

Subway has featured a new item added to the menu. They are having a flatbread sandwich which either contains steak and cheese or Chicken Florentine with creamy spinach and artichoke spread.

Out of curiosity, I tried the Chicken Florentine flatbread sandwich today for lunch and it is delicious. I think I will continue to order this in the future because it left me with a satisfying taste. ;)

So, Has anyone tried this as well?

I will either vomit the food or have bad diarrhea. You see I can’t eat like anyone else (now and for always). Why?

Nearly three months ago I had a stomach operation which prevents me from eating such foods. I once ate a saltine cracker (no joke) and I had to be rushed to the hospital. But that was three days after my operation. The further you are (time) from your operation, the better your stomach can digest different foods. Right now I am too early for Subway.

I love to eat Subway but not often, I always order Italian BMT but this time I start like to eat The Feast however its too much meat, better be careful with it

Jolie, I went to a Subway yesterday no flatbread promotions there. I didn't bother to ask bec no menu for it only wraps. I wonder if its only east coast thing or maybe I just walked into a loser Subway with no new menu..I ended up with a wrap really looking forward to trying the flatbread maybe next time.

I went to Subway today for lunch and to my surprise, The Chicken Florentine Sandwich is back on the menu! So, I grabbed the chance to order one for myself. It was just so good to eat it. :D

This time, it will just only be for a limited time. I am not sure how long it will last on the menu.

I'm not sure if it is for the nationwide Subway franchises but in here, that is what they had on the menu. :)

I never tried that like Jolie77 mentioned. I should try that someday when I go to Subway. :)

I had that flatbread other day. It was good. However, I don't like subway as much as I used to cause they have raised the price and reduced the amount of food they put on bread. I feel like I'm being cheated each time I go to Subway now.

i've never tried that particular sandwich myself, but it sounds really good. i love subway and am definitely going to give that a try the next time i eat there. :D

by the way, as to what secretblend said about subway not filling their subs with enough ingredients, this has never been the case for any of the subways in my neighborhood. perhaps it depends on the particular establishment you visit.

I'm not real crazy about eating at Subway; it is almost like eating cardboard and their meats are cryo-vacced.:D I like Quizno's or some of the other non-franchised sub/sandwich places.

That's possible however that is happening in few states and cities.

hmmm. perhaps it's a growing trend and they are trying to find a way to save money. i guess i'm lucky that this hasn't happened at any of the subways in my neighborhood.

I tried it and agree with Jolie. I enjoyed it so much, that I went back for lunch the next day!

I tried a flatbread sandwhich. Of course being obsessed with my weight I modified it slightly. It was still surprisingly good and left me feeling full. It was two weeks ago and I think I had grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, and one line of chipotle sauce just enough for a slight taste.

My usual sandwich is a Subway club on wheat bread, six inch, with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ONE LINE of mayo. It comes out to around 300 calories.

I tried to google up for a picture of the flatbread sandwich (no luck) and also subway.com is not up to date yet. I was also looking for the nutrition facts and there is not one on the subway website but however, I have found the nutrition information on another forum

I also have made a consumer service request on subway's website to obtain the nutrition facts and hopefully a picture will be featured as well. If I do get a response from subway, I will post the information in here.

Oh I got it... :ty: for post here... (Forgive for forget this thread until this thread got my attention today). It's interesting that there're flatbread sandwiches at fast food resturant in America which here in Germany no...

Yes, there;re many flatbreads in supermaket... All what I do is buy flatbread to do fill something myself... It's my favorite... fill any meats with salads in flatbread sandwiches... mmmhhh

Liebling, Remember you asked me a while back ago if there was a pic of the Chicken Floretine Sandiwch?

Here's the picture of what Chicken Floretine Sandwich looks like.
