I was referring to the first ADers to see the new year. I really don't know which ADer is closest to the western side of the international date line.

It's just local fireworks that our neighbors are doing. They aren't too loud. Last night on our walk around the neighborhood we had to dodge a few fireworks that a family was shooting off in the street. Other than that, not too bad. :)
