bad start husband son at each other throats...this sh1t start to new year
 
I spent last night exercising. I did an hour on the bike at the highest resistance and weights later. Today we're making pizza. We'll eat early and I'll be back on the bike and hitting the weights again.....It's funny, outside all the ducks are around, but ice skating, which is cute to see....

You know, I wish I did. I'm thinking of getting a camcorder at some point. We have Swans that live in the pond too and you'd be amazed what the birds are like up close. They're graceful to see out in the water, but on land, they're the most comically awkward animals you've ever seen...they waddle more than ducks...and they're quite aggressive. I have a lame duck that's my favorite; he has a broken foot and I give him all the attention and the bread. He comes up to my leg and sits by my foot while I feed him out of my hand. If I were a Vet, I'd take care of him....I always worry about the little guy. At this time of year, it's strange to see how they handle the ice. It's like they don't know what to do. They try walking, many just slide and slip like people. I don't know why they don't just fly...it'd be easier.

yeah swans arent that friendly we got several at the uni both campuses, they'd attack, once nearly did to me lol, yikes....i think people gets mixed up thinking swan so graceful, actually they're arrogant!!

You can say that again. One of the Swans didn't like the attention I was giving to the lame duck so it grabbed the duck by the tail and swung it over it's head. The poor lame duck....You'd think these animals would have compassion but they don't. They remind me of the monster in Ron Howard's film, "Willow." If only people knew what Swans are really like......:eek3:
