Had a broken nose before? Well.....

RebelGirl, sorry what happened to your lil girl. Speaking, as OB was, of lawsuits, etc reminds me of a buddy who teaches Phys. Ed.......He allows absolutely no horse-playing during his class. This is another one of those preventable things if only the adult in charge would be more aware of what's going on around him/her.
 
awww im so sorry about jaci... hope her nose get heal quickly if its not broken... i got my nose busted from friend throw basketball on my nose by accidentally during PE time.. i remembered i had all over bleeding and swollen thank god not broken but cracked.. has sinus allergies since then... Jaci in my prayers *huggss*

I always have problems when i wake up in the mornings.. i'm not able to breathe thru my nose. its always stopped up so i have to use nasal spray to let me breathe.

Yes Xray showed it... and dr advised me to have surgery .. so i had it... i felt lot better.. no more sinuses...Even tho.. my nose was not crooked.... Xray showed it was right nostril blocked from broken...

Very interesting. I alway wondering why do I have very bad sinus for last several years. Thanks for replay.

Yes then i become addicted to nose spray for 8 months.. untill i saw nose specialist... he made me quitting using nose spray for a week before he can do surgery on me... i quit completely then i had surgery... i felt lots better... you need to stop using nose spray before you can be addicted.. i did not realize i was addicted to it until dr explained to me everything..

I'm not too fond with taking medications.. I hate taking medications so I'm not addicted to any of the meds. I only take the nose spray at least umm...twice a month. but have to use my inhaler everyday. but yeah.. i know what you mean that some meds can be addictive.

Yeah.. i understand... I did not realize i was addicted to nose spray. i used it all day for 8 months so i can breathe.... now it is over...i can breathe since i had surgery...

I remember I used to take AFRIN menthol nose spray.. yes i got addicted to it since it was menthol.. i was also a smoker and smoked menthol as well. I realized back then I was loving the menthol nose spray, til my aunt told me that it can cause holes in my nose so I stopped. :eek3: Now, I use one that the dr had prescribed.

Yeah I used Sinex.. it had menthol in it too... i also smoke menthol... i am glad you stopped... i stopped when dr gave me rx nost spray for one week... then arranged for surgery he has to be sure i am over addiction... and i did..
Ever since i stay away from any nose sprays... i even warn my friends...
I never use it since surgery...

You need to see nose specialist and have your nose xrayed.. to be sure if it can be fixed. so you wont need nose sprays....I had been free for past 20 yrs.. i never touch nose spray again..

I never have crooked my nose but always dry nose when I wake up in the morning but can breath that is all and went to doctor and he checking my nose then gave me new puffer it is not asthmas just keep air away from dry nose from my nose it is from sinus blah but I only take puffer every morning and night now one more refills and will go doctor to check how it go or not :) my nose still bit dry nose than before cause I always get bleed nose from dry nose cause of the weather :).

My uncle have crooked nose that he told me when he was kid and fight with other boys ouchie! :lol:

I am not addict with all the meds from liquid to pills cuase I hate them!!!! but had to take from underactive thyoird pills every morning that it, and if my back pain then take one pills that it. and what doctor order me to get it that is all :) I aint addict like a drug :lol:

I was not addicted to RX nose spray.. it was on counter in drug store.. I used Sinex... for 8 months thats how i was addicted... until i had nose surgery... i am free.. no more nose sprays for me...

nose sprays does not cause holes but can damage little blood vessels inside your nose.. thats what my doctor explained to me...
