H1N1 virus claimed my sister

H1N1 is no joke, its a monster in the making its a terrible news Baja, you wont recover from the pain of loss for a long while, and yup during winter time in the north is going to prove difficult to prevent spread because you're inside with other people.....the walls keeps the bugs in close distance, SO if you happen to know someone got sick DONT STAY, GTFO, supply them some painkillers and food in bulk then leave for a good month or so...just another way of prevention of this spread...surely my 'advice' is confusing at first but its not

My ex hubby's girlfriend's family member just died from it 3 weeks ago so when my daughter got it, my ex hubby paged me like 3 to 4 times a day asking about her. My daughter was hit very hard by it while my son and I werent. I guess the severity of it varies with people but I agree with DBG...STAY HOME if you think you have any symptoms of it.

My condolence goes out to you. I am praying for you and your family for having the grieve over your sister. :hug:

As for me, I always get flu shots every year, but I did not get the H1N1 flu shot because the medical professional told me that I have to be 65 years old to get that. I am 64 already shy from my birthday last November 9th. So I might asked my own doctor about it when I go for my appointment on December 4th. :hmm: :(
 
Deafbaja.. I am so sorry for your loss.. you have my condolence.

I am thankful that my children and I had our vaccination VIA Nasally... Even though I had a few people come to me and advised against it.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your sister. Yeah, H1N1, I also thought the media was imploring to paint a different picture otherwise but nope, it's all real.

I took the H1N1 test yesterday and omg, it was a very uncomfortable test. I hope I never ever have to take it again in the future.
