congrats steel abt time u got the job u need... i been working since june and am very happy depsite the schudle its cuz............. IM WORKING thats why and i have something to earn for the holiday season and im debating on getting new fridge for my family OR at the least get them something sweet i dunno.

You aren't the only one... One of my job 4 years ago at Air Force Academy army hospital as a janitor, pay 9.50 per hour but I quit 4 day later cuz my back hurt as hell, oh wella now I luv my accounting job
 
I've been working at the little store for more than 2 and half years, I get paid $8 an hour. When I first joined, it was $7.25 per hour.

Washington state minimum wage is $7.63 per hour (up from $7.35 per hour) effective Jan 2006. The minimum wage raises due to the voters approved it in 2001, it raises every year depending on the cost of living increase.

$7.50 per hour is really nothing in today's standard, but good start for you. :)
If you applied a job at Lowes, I'm sure they pay you more than that. When I worked at Lowes, I got $8.75 per hour and raised to $9 per hour. :)
