I looked at map: Mackinaw City/St. Ignace

Carl Lewis lived about 18 miles away from my hometown. My 2nd cousin lived in same town where Carl Lewis grew up.
Right now, I have no idea where is he and his sister.

Look at ground. Must be some where from New Mexico, Arizona, to Neveda.
I doubt that picture from White Sand New Mexico. Probably in Neveda or part of East side Calif near to Neveda's border.
