Hi there!
Name's Radek, but you can call me Rads. I am Polish and I live in my hometown Gdańsk in Northern Poland, Europe. I am hearing but this "ailment" doesn't seem to bother my deaf friends and I guess they kinda like me even in spite of it, ha, ha... I've been learning PJM (natural Polish Sign Language) for about two-and-half years now and I'm currently finishing PJM postgraduate studies at Warsaw University (the very first studies of this kind in Poland )
My adventure with sign language began when I decided to sign in for a local course (out of pure curiosity) and it quickly turned into strong "affection". I love the way I can express myself now using all the space around me! I know there's still a hell of a hard work upon me, but I'm not someone who gives up once I'm really into something
I like sports (with my 6'3" I played volleyball for most of my life and eventually joined university league), playing the guitar, traveling and reading fantasy books.
I'd like to learn some more about ASL (try to learn the basics of ASL too?) and first of all make some good friends here!
