MILTON, ONTARIO -- An E.coli outbreak among students and staff attending a prom has yet to be contained by the Halton Regional health authority. Two students from Milton's E.C. Drury high school have been hospitalized since the June 25 grad formal in Mississauga but the rest of the 54 known cases involve minor, but violent, illness.
Preliminary tests indicate it is the same strain that killed seven in Walkerton in 2000.
