OK gophers... I am gonna have to take a week off or so online but not 100% completely... I will limit my time to mornings and also in evenings between 7 pm and 9 pm or 10 pm..

The reason for this is I landed in the hospital last night after sending 2 SOS emails to my 2 brothers to come... my 3rd brother and his wife got here faster and took me to the local hospital... I had to stay overnight...had to have IV and blood work and etc... geez...

Dr told me I was overworked, as I was exhausted from hauling my stuff plus other boxes and items I wanted to save, no thanks to the 2 tornado warnings last week... grr... plus lack of sleep and also heatstroke too.. so I will have to limit my time online for a week or so and see how it goes...

Ya can leave comments in here but not too often ok... plus I turned off my PM box so no PMs can come in there.. I dont need to deal with that ok... till I am ready to resume normal oline habits, I will do some emails checking only and also check weather network website daily to check the current weather, that is all...

Do enjoy the rest of the week and I will be back next week or so depending on if I am ready to do so...

Something inside me lead me that something was wrong, I was right. I remember from our last conversation about chest pain, please do get all the rest you need and back to a speedy recovery. Your in my prayers and thoughts .. I know you need to get the rest after the tornado warning situation.

Take easy. I was so wiped out and got sick from overheat today so I took 3 hours nap. Felt alot better and hope rest of this week I will be back to normal self. :)
 
take easy i know what is like i was sick too much this year due to stress and depression

so take easy and rest as you can don't overwork or don't get stress yourself ok :hug:

Sharky, take ur time off from computer as long as u can... and get a lot of rest pls!! I know u won't be posting here but just read here.... for while... :)

Do pls be careful urself u hear! I had that similar like that but I had mild heatstroke or something else cuz I was black out for some reason after had taken a nap and it was so hot I think... that was long time ago..scard me!

good idea to take some rest and actually a break from being online til u feel better so take it easy and rest all you want.. AD will be here for you always when u are ready to come back here ;)

Hey sharky, Oh man, take an easy will ya. :hug: I know that you gotta do things but next time please get some help before you overdo it yourself. Drink plenty of water and rest is the best medicane. Dont forget to eat other wise you be too skinny if you dont. :D

Come back when y9ou are ready.
 
Take it easy and get as much rest as u can. Many people have been getting sick from exhaustion and heatstroke around here too.
 
Thanks, gophers... I am starting to feel better now.. pills are helping.. plus extra rest as well for me.. now need to be a bit active as I feel so idle not doing anything and I dont wanna over-exert myself too much and get some problems later on..... still, I will have to watch what I do for a while... I might have to change my surfing habits a bit more till I am comfortable to resume normally or not... so thanks again for the get well comments and etc...
 
Alright.. I feel I am almost back to normal... but will continue with what I want to do and then ease into that with no problems.. so thanks, gophers.. I do hope this issue will be over for me for the time being.. ... ahh.. now back to business....
 
Aw, take an easy will ya? you can come visit AllDeaf anytime as long as you like to. it's not require to be there all the time. heh :)
