Whew!! Yes, I have heard about cats can give out something to human that does not agree with them. We just have to be careful.. I have four cats along with four kids.. Thankfully most of them stay outdoors (only two are confirmed indoor due one of them hates being outside and other is deaf so he is forbid to go outside). I am just glad that your little girl came out okay. Whew
Cat's bites or scratches can be deadly. I would know that as I got sick before and had to go to dr for treatment. I recovered from that. I now dont play rough with cats as i learned it threat them thinking it is danger so what do they do? protect themselves so obivously it made sense that the cat would attack the kid.
I always told my son TJ dont do that.. play toys with them is fine.. but with your hand is big no no as it perceive danger to them so best thing to do is get toys and play with cats fine.. but if it happened that u got bitten or scratched.. hurry and wash with soap to get germs out then put peroxide in and put neosporin on it.. if it get redder within few hours go to dr but if its swollen and REd .. pus and yellow greenish.. go to ER now! then u can get treatment for that..
apparently the flea carry the disease where else the cats get from? FLEA.. of course.. so best thing to do is update the immunization shot record and give bath every week.. and put frontline on your cats.. also spray your house and around pets bed to kill eggs and fleas.. it worked..
I am glad to hear that the kid dont need surgery.. that is a wonderful news!
Just a reminder.. Cats are not toys.. just be careful wtih them and all u can do is LOVE them..... they will love you back unconditionally....
