Not if he has a pro-life agenda to abolish the legality of abortion as a decision between a woman and her physician, taking it from a medical issue to a morality issue.
As do many. Including some conservatives I know.

Hmm. I could be wrong, but I think that if he was elected, he would not be allowed to enact most of his platform anyway, and I think there would be a lot of resistance to his view of things on this particular matter.

From what I read in Beowulf's link, Paul wants to restore the Constitutional guarantee of freedom of religion. Nothing wrong with that.I think he'd be most likely be able to narrow the separation of the Church and State....
