I'm not having gmail issues but I AM having problems accessing my website. Others are able to so it's definitely on my end so I'm gonna call it a location issue.

Usually ISP that has not updated DNS server information is what causing these problems. So best way is unplug power on all Networking equipment including modem, router, etc.

If fail, call ISP.

I had no problems and was online almost all day.

gmail has backups upon backups with geo redirection. if you see it down, it is more than likely an isp route issue on your end. this is google after all :p
