well....first of all, i ended up going the wrong way. lol but luckily i left early so i had time to turn around and go the right way. i was 15 minutes early. so i get there and when i sat down i wasn't nervous. there was about 7 or 8 other people there too. they sat us in a half circle and then the lady asked us all 9 questions. there was no right or wrong answer. lol one of the questions was, is the customer always right? lol i said no they arent ALWAYS right. i know i should have said yes, but i was being honest.


so anyway, they will call me back tomorrow (tuesday) and let me know if i got the job. so...im no longer nervous, but anxious and excited.

now im going to go eat...because i didnt eat breakfast because i was scared if i ate id be so nervous that id throw up. im gonna go eat some chicken

correction about my lunch im having:

some chicken, a Ham and Cheese Lunchable, a pickle, chips, and two cookies with some Green Tea.
 
The policy always says "Customers are always right" But, You're correct because they are not always right, Some customers have lied to us in order to get free meal on the house. We know they are lying, It's easy to see through them.

Examples:

One customer came up to the counter 10 mins later stating that he hasn't got a corn bread with his rib order. We noticed he pour sauce which we put on the table outside in the front, We asked him did you checked the sauce table? Maybe you took it out and layed it somewhere over there? He says no! My stepmother gave him an extra corn bread. I told my stepmother why did you do that? She says because he stated that he didn't have a corn bread. I told her I did gave him a corn bread, I know I did. So I went over the sauce table myself, There is a corn bread laying there. :doh:

Another one, One guy came up the counter after eating a whole slab of ribs, He stated that he didn't like the ribs and wanted his refund. Hummm.. That's funny How come he ate the whole thing if he didn't like it? And he wants a refund? :ugh:

I could list so much, But, You get my drift. ;)
 
Good luck, AJ. :) YOu can do it! :) Just be confident and say "I know I will get this job!"....and always smile at the interviewer. They notice the neat clothes, smile, etc., first before they ever get to know you at the end of the interview, so give them a good impression. :)

Sorry, I didn't see AJ's recent post.....if you didn't get the job, don't cha worry....you will get one sooner or later. :) Keep your chin up. :)
 
The customer is not always right, but the secret is to solve the problem while letting the customer feel like the winner. :)

(Of course, I am not including actual thieves.)

You shouldn't get fire to take care of your sick daughter there is family leave act! You are protected, life is good!

Give it time. They probably are just looking thru applications to see which to hire and which not to hire. You get the point?

I just started so I didn't have FLA, sick leave, personal leave.. nothing.. so if i had missed 20 hours of work, I'm fu*ked..

Well, I just quit today because my uncle is in icu and my daughter is still sick. I had no choice but to quit. :tears:
 
Have you discussed with your supervisor that you needed some time off? If you can't get paid time off, would your supervisor let you get some unpaid time off? I'm sorry you had to quit, but was wondering....
