We need $$ to pay off the nutcase bills. that life insurance was my hubby's OLD job that he doesnt want to pay every month. yep, end the contract early. we will get less amount of $$. We dont care about this one and need $$ to pay off the bills.

this depends on the conditions set forth by the policy.

i've heard of policies that allow partial payment for sucides, but suicides can't take place within the first 2-5 years of having the policy. if it does, the policy becomes null and void.

some policies even have clauses which outline the manner of suicide and how much is paid.

if a person who commits sucide is diagnosed with depression and they killed themselves, his/her spouse would receive more money than if they were undiagnosed and committed suicide.

some insurance companies understand that long term illness (especially terminal) is a valid reason to end one's life, so they indicate in their contract that suicide due to terminal illness is covered by the policy holder.

Yes, you can cash out a life insurance policy early. You will not receive the full amount, but you will receive some money for what you have paid into the policy.

In most cases of terminal illness, if suicide has been committed by a means that cannot readily be determined to be suicide, such as an overdose of pain meds, the death certificate will read "death by natural causes". That circumvents the suicide clause in an insurance policy. Unless the individual has blown their brains out, when a person has a terminal illness and is expected to die, their death is automatically believed to be the result of the terminal illness.
 
Son of bitch - no respect for this man - my father took his own life too over finances - and for these who take their own lives have no clue what they leave behind for their families. Money come and go but families dont.

if a person with a terminal illness decides to kill themselves by overdosing on pain meds, wouldn't doctors look into their mental health history to make sure there is no diagnosis of depression?

Not if the doctor had not been consulted regarding the suicide. It is not unusual at all for drs to prescribe 100 painkillers in an Rx for someone suffering from severe pain due to terminal illness. That is more than enough for a suicide, and no consultation necessary.

so? you have no idea how many U.S. Armys did suicide! you have no idea how many Terrorists did suicide! you have no idea how many familys went suicide when wife want divorce or when financial went mess up then husband murdered their children then wife then suicide himself, do you know how many suicide in this worldwide? In 2008, a Florida teen committed suicide in front of a live webcam stream.

1) Human Beings (Government between Public is a little different) because Government is more smart than Public, Government already know about Planet Nibiru (Possible Comet) will pass or hit Earth by 2012.

I don't care if all of you turn piss off, anger and mad on me because I did proved all that Earth have no future, I am accept it but I know this is freedom of speech, I do feel bad for everybody who have no faith. I know why Financial and Economy went fell down, I know why Financial and Economy turn to Crisis, I know why World never get Bin Laden, I know why Government have no times to pay attention on the Public and I know why because Government is damn busy! they are damn stressed! they don't care about Public and they do care about Earth more than Public! Government and NASA already knew since 2002.
