LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Police arrested a Lawrenceville man accused of showing up drunk to the city’s municipal court to answer to previous public intoxication charges.

Police charged 49-year-old Phillip Ingram with being under the influence at City Hall.

It happened after an officer believed he smelled alcohol coming from Ingram Tuesday. Ingram was checking in at Lawrenceville Municipal Court on a public intoxication charge about 1 p.m.

An officer confronted Ingram and police say a breath analysis later registered his blood alcohol level at .14, nearly twice the limit for driving.

Lawrenceville police sat this is Ingram's 13th arrest by Lawrenceville police since 2003.

Clearly a bum, you bum.

Just another alky and he made the news just because he's deaf? Oh, no, we are normal! :P

I say... the entire lot of them are intoxicated. Gentlemen attempting to fondle my fanny... I shall strike those who become too inebriated.

BTW Tousi was supposed to be on Steel Guitar but he was off chatting with groupies.

Have you ever made the stuff?

dunno about Steinhaur....but my daddy had several "stils" in the backwoods of N.C. ....and sold it in Mason quart jars....Moonshine or "White Lightning" is really lethal, caused my Daddy to have a stroke, and brain damage, so he died an early death due to alcohol.

My brother got caught driving drunk on Thanksgiving Day and the police called our parents to come pick him at the station. My dad when to pick him and dad was drunk too! Dad got the station and said " Son , I told you not to drive drunk"! The police let dad drive home drunk!
