would be pretty weird if MS shares their copyrighted game to a different company like Nintendo.

I played THP8 demo... I have to say I was severely disappointed. I feel THPS2 is still the best.

It looks great but it still feels stiff. And when you bail, the physics gets out of control so it looks so fake when you roll around on the ground.

You gotta download the demo and play it a little. I quit after 3 minutes.
 
God of War is incredibly awesome...and the sequel to GoW2 is coming to PS2 around febuary. :D
 
9.5 Presentation
Epic has created an immersive universe that will probably turn into a sequel, a movie and a licensed breakfast cereal. Amazing cinematic flair, gritty attitude and a one-of-a-kind artistic style.
10 Graphics
The most beautiful game on the Xbox 360. Amazing attention to detail and vibrant, diverse environments make for a feast for the eyes, even on a standard-definition set.
10 Sound
Virtually flawless. An excellent musical score, awesome atmospheric audio cues and spot-on sound effects. Crank it up.
9.0 Gameplay
Simple, accessible and tremendously fun, and that was before the chainsaw. In close, the combat gets wonky, but that doesn't take away from the awesome new cover mechanic and exploding head shots.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
The single-player/co-op campaign is over too soon, although bumping the difficulty to Insane just about triples the length. For what Versus lacks in gamemodes, it makes up for in fun.


Overall 9.4

Halo still beat that.

Everyone said that GOW better than Halo 1 and 2.

I cant wait to get that game GOW.

Sure, Halo might have gotten a higher score but if they reviewed the same Halo yesterday, it might have gotten a 8.4 instead.

My wife got me a copy of Gears Of War this morning. See you guys tonight on Live :)
 
I havent got that game yet either so it's still on hold lol.

I wouldnt be surprised if even Halo 3 beat the score to GoW also.
 
co op mode, we as a team play against the world. lol anyone joins? only 4 players i think.. i got it today
 
After playing co-op with deafman420 in GOW... it was so intense. Halo 1 & 2 never gave me the same rush I felt tonight.

Just wait until you encounter a Berserker for the first time. You will crap your shorts.

deafman420 was easy to play with so I recommend him if you want to go thru GOW for the first time like I did tonight.

This game should win the game of the year award easy. I don't think Halo 3 will even give me the same adrenaline rush I felt tonight. Yeah, that's bold words by yours truly :)

When I got my copy of GOW yesterday, I first stopped at the EBGames where I bought my 360, the guy told me FedEx fucked up their shipment that was supposed to arrive Tues. But he was nice enough to send me over to the GameStop down the road as they had plenty copies in stock. (Dammit they ran out of the Limited Edition so I had to settle for the regular edition)

I will get GoW CE but if ran out then just wait until other day.

Halo 3 will have 3 version of edition for 360 but I just prefer to get Legendary Edition.
 
ii played gow on hardcore, it is impossible but it takes a while to kill them all. my teamates really dumbasses.. So co-op would be better as a team kil them quickly because two humans and two cpus instead one solo human as me. some people say for insane diffcuity, require co op because solo is impossible..
 
you can play co-op as in story mode right? just like we did in PDZ?

Just wondering.
