You left out one thing as shown with quotes above. You said born by man through his ribs. That is twisting words around since in your 2nd response above, you left out born from him.

That is nowhere close to be born. That is saying that she was created from his rib. How do you get that she was born from his rib. That doesn't make sense at all!
 
Again, it doesn't say marriage....

You have to remember that Genesis wasn't recorded when it happend as it was centuries later when people told the story. It may have been passed down verbally and have no proof and no recording of it. It may just be a theory.

Anyway your basis are all religious why gays shouldn't marry and yet haven't seen the argument of legalities which I assume, you have none.

Do you have a 'legal' argument in why gays & lesbian should not marry?

If not, then allow them to marry.

Harsh? No, I did not. The Bible teaches that the marriage is for male and female only, NOT same sex.
Besides... Bible is quite different than persent time here. I believe that Chistians should just follow 10th commenaner (sp; pls somebody correct me) from the time of Mose, imo.

Not true, the Bible is past, present and future. All the people today are under the Bible.
Plus, 1) if Bible said same-sex marriage is illegal then it's their choice to support this quote or against this quote, for that reason is already told them many times for years and years. THey chose to not listen or to listen, it's all up to them. 2) Because we suppose to not push them to choose not have a same-sex marriage, otherwise, 3) it may cause more harm our happiness.

1) Correct, it is their choice of rebelling against the Bible if they want same sex marriage.

2) The Bible requires us to warn the people. If we do not warn them, God surely requires their blood upon our hands. Sounds good?

3) Harm their happiness? No, I did not. They harm themselves already if they choice same sex marriage. Love? No, they burned in their lust one toward another; men with men; women with women. Do you know that God gave up with them unto vile affection?
I don't like to see anybody use Bible quotes against people's own wishes.

Separation of Church & State.

We are talking about Gay marriage in terms of the State.

The Church has always had issues. Some churches accept gay marriages, some don't. That is their right, not yours, not mine.

Give it a rest with the biblical lecture......

Question: is this a hot topic for you because of the term, 'marriage'? Or would you prefer to give the gay/lesbians the same rights as married couples if the terminology/wording was different?

The Bible said "his wife" (See Genesis 2:25 KJV). Look at this verse. The word, "wife" means a married woman according to a dictionary. Therefore God created the marriage for male and female only.

the bible said a lot of stuff, and a lot of stuff isn't true. human can't walk on water. the red sea was never parted. there is no historical proof of the great flood. give me a break bible knocker.

There is proof and why dont you prove that it isn't true since you don't believe it happened? If you can prove that those never happen without any doubt. I'll gladly agree to believe that the bible is not for real.

1. The universal Law of Gravitation. a la Sir Isacc Newton.

2. The Law of Buoyancy

3. the thickness of Earth's atmosphere.

If god made the earth's atmosphere so thick that it flooded earth in 7 days and 7 nights, earth would be so hot that no wooden ark would survive.

Well you amuse me even more! Don't you think that if God created everything we see, he could control a small part of earth for that parting of the sea? he could have changed the law in that one small part of the world while leaving rest alone? as for the flood? what does heat have to do with it?
