Disabled individuals tend to be looked upon as something of playthings by hearing community- whether it be sexual or other stuff. I experienced it myself while I was in US.

When I was in college, professor did bring this issue up.

Just saying. I didn't think the guy can be this naive... I've looked into abuse cases myself when i was in ADJ major myself. They weren't not so pretty.
