Cheapest is $2.55 in Puget Sound Metro (here) so far I know according to the lowest gas prices from the website. It's still dropping bit and bit.

At Cheveron Gas Station has 4.49 per gallons in Chico, CA but in L.A. area they already has over 5.00 per gallons but i am not too sure as my wife saw that on news few days ago!!! YIKES!!! :Ohno: In SF area have the same price as Chico which i am surprised....... here's the source link....
