I've lived in cold climates before but nothing like that experience. Wow!

It's 72 and humid here right now. Flowers and azaleas are still blooming, and trees haven't yet dropped all their leaves. I can't even start thinking about decorating the yard for Christmas. :lol:

The high tmw is supposed to be 38 degrees..that is very cold for us this time of the year. Usually that's our low...oh boy! Here we go again with a long winter.

Right now it is 7 degrees, and that is real temperature. I don't know what it is with the windchill. :wave:
 
well, tonight we have -15 to-20 below windchill; tomorrow, 0 degrees to -15 windchill. So far most everything of mine was canceled this week. Tomorrow I had arranged to have new side entrance doors to house put in....let's see if the installer calls-

Friday supposed to be back up to balmy 22.
 
Cool. That is balmy to me, since cold doesn't bother me until it gets that way. :lol:
 
Right now it is 20°F along with 38 mph wind.
 
It is 30 F here and it would be around 40-50 F today.
 
It is very cold here- brr! Winter definitely has arrived.. ha ha ha!

I'm typing on this laptop under my very heavy quilt. Oh yes, Mrs Bucket was not a very happy Mrs Bucket because her white cane kept getting stuck in the slushy snow! The drivers must've had an agenda - splash all the slushy snow at Mrs Bucket!! ARGH!! :giggle:

Oh yes it is now -8C and that is -18F for you folks! :cold:

No... I didn't know about the 10AM hangout with deafies in front of the local Walmart.

Is that in Scottsbluff or...? As far as I know, Minatare doesn't have one.
