Fraudlant On My Tmobile Account!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To all T-Mobile cellphone user. I am a victium with fraudlant on my account since February of 2007, I've had 13 unauthorized credit cards payments to my cellphone. Due to the Auto-Messaging of paying over the phone. The security Isn't really tight cause It doesn't ask for last 4 digits of Social # but Just over the cellphone they asked for cell # and 16 digit and expire date from your card. I've contacts the BBB, contacted the sheriffs for a Informational report cause there was no crime on my account to do a police Report, The Represented of Tmobile says there wasnt much they could do, but I was getting a lot of different stories everytime I called, Finally today I've talked w/ another person to the Customer Service and the CEO should be gettin ahold of me In the next three days. but I just want other T-Mobile users to be checking out for their bills cause Credit cards payments came back and i've been charged w/ fees/re-payment of phone plan and everything, It's basically taking them since April to actually take this serious and do an investigiation to my account.

Below is my BBB report.

I would like to say ever since I had my cellphone I had no trouble at all once for ever and than all of a sudden in the past few months lets say about april or before that of 2007. I been having trouble with my billing. My billing information has been coming through the mail and through my cellphone and than when I have tried to make payments they say there is no reason to make payments cause the phone has been paid by several of credit cards that are not mine or in my name, and are unauthorized by me. I dont know whos making credit card payments to my phone, but myself has called the automated system and went through the process and found it real easy to get through to the billing to where its paid. when I called from my phone It asked that if my cell phone number that it announced was correct and I said Yes. than it asked for the 16-17 digits on my debit card and than the 3 digits on the back of the debit card that I have and than it said that it was paid. Its that simple and when I call the customer service they keep telling me that they cant tell me who making the payments, they cant cancel the payment, they cant stop the creditcard payments from being made cause Ive asked because I would only do cash to pay. But Than they finally went through a investigation and than I guess they cancelled It and than never bothered to call me to let me know what was going on. so finally I called and asked and they said there was nothing they could do about it and they dont have any further information for me and that I would basically have to wait for the payments of the credit card to bounce back and so on. But when I talk to a repsentatived from Tmobile they tell me that the automated system asked for the last four digits of my social security number to get my payment paid, well it never asked me when i tried it and I dont see how someone doesnt catch it if it ask my cellphone is correct to them, it'll repeat the number to them and they say yes or no. Well finally as last month i talked to someone and they said they cant stop credit card payments and that I would basically have to credit my account for me to actually pay my own cellphone bill.. so I put a credit of $140.00 for last month billing that would be coming to my house this month sometime. and there was a credit balance of $20.00 so it took my credit balance to $160.00 and yesturday I checked It and it said $160.00 so today as I was text messaging my phone wouldnt complete. I didn't realaize It at all until I got a call from my mother who told me our cellphone has been suspended and they would be turned on for $51.00 because of a previous credit card payment has came back (which Ive been told was STOLEN) and not mine and I don't have. So I went to Tmobile in Hillard, Ohio to talk to them and they told me I had to call the Customer Service So I called from the Tmobile store and didn't get to talk to a supervisor and gave them a number to call me in the next 30 minutes to an hour to call me. No call has happended so finally I called back and told the rep that I want my phone turned on, they asked for the payment of $51.00 and I told them I didn't feel like I had to pay for a mistake that Tmobile has made but told them I didnt have the money to pay it and I would have It on Aug. 17th. So she turned the phone back on and I have 8 days to pay it. But all im asking is for the credit card payments to be stopped because I know they can under my name or so or I will be leaving Tmobile to go to another service because Tmobile seems like its becoming a company that cannot be trusted with private information or anything.

& just tonight, I had an interview with the NBC news in Columbus, ohio.

How can credit card payments be made to your phone?

I think he has a monthly payment plan. I know some people go by a monthly payment plan, I go by the prepaid plan because I don't want bills all the time.

i have SK2 and I am on prepaid, it's easier for me that way heh.
