Forgotten title of Sci Fi movie

Hey everyone!,

I watched briefly (15 min of Sci Fi movie) on Youtube.com which is part of a lengthy movie. The SciFi movie storyline was so weird that the man swallowed the ball and ran in enclosed place (look like parking garage to me) then other guy chased and grabbed him and the man spit the ball out. Then then both guys chased after the boucing then rolling ball and two other people jumped on it and then one of them got it and swallowed ball then ran. One guy who had ball in throat or mouth was immediately hung on noose and bad guy pull ball out of throat and put in his mouth and swallowed it. Good group of people ran up the pathway on "white mountain". I paused it and had to do other things.

I admit the Sci Fi movie was so weird. I forgot what title it was. Can anyone remmy what it is that they were chasing after the "special" ball and shove it in throat and ran. They risk getting hung on noose ect..

Let me know cuz I though I was planning to return to watch movie on next few days but my laptop was infected with virus (from other downloads). I had to reformat and reinstall Windows and lost the browser history.

I checked, No not that. It appears fairly recent. It appeared to be made around 2008 to 2010, much more modern. My son recalled that they swallowed brass or silver looking small tube that they swallowed and ran. Here is my son's description of what he saw in the movie:
There were two men one of them was old with white hair and the other looked about 20-35ish and had black hair. they were moving up a very tall white structure or mountain with stairs on the sides and a large group of people that looked like an angry mob chasing them up. At the top was a classic looking gallows/noose. When the two men reached the top they were fighting over getting this small brass or silver looking tube. Later in the struggle the old man swallowed the tube, walked over to the noose and hung himself. By that time the mob was almost at the top of the structure/mountain. The younger man took the tube from his pocket right before the old man hung himself (there was only one tube so the tube was transferred between the two men through what seemed like magic) to the old mans surprise. The younger man walked over and took the old man's body and threw it off to the side of the noose. By this time the mob had reached the top of the structure/mountain and were beginning to surround the younger man who was standing near or on the gallows/noose. the young man swallowed the tube said something than put the noose around his neck. just before the young man dropped down and hung himself he looked over at the old man who was beginning to get up, right as the young man was dropping down he saw the old man spit up the brass/silver tube but it was broken apart.(the tube was some kind of item that was designed to prevent the airway from being crushed by the noose).

Could it be fantasty Sci Fi movie? Familiar with that plot what my son mentioned that he remember the details?

Saw this a year or so ago. I love Terry Gilliam films. They're so weird I can never remember the details and have to watch them all over again as if I'm watching them for the first time. I think I've seen 'Brazil' about 4 times and I barely remember a single thing about it. Likewise with the scene described by purplecatty - I've a vague memory of them climbing the mountain/stone stairs chased by a mob - but I don't remember the details. The scenes I remember best are the ones filmed on location in London that I've visited on several occasions as that gives my brain something extra to hold onto.

Nah... it was a huge white inflated ball that would trap "Number 6" inside whenever he tried to escape or something. The Prisoner was a good series. I'm now watching the remake.

You hit the right title of this Movie. My son was happy to watch it and he said yes that's exactly what he want to watch. I told him that I probably watched on Netflix last year. He's happy now.

The remake was nowhere near as good as the original IMO
 
I have search all internet and can't find the title movie. I can't remember the title movie. When I was young boy I watch movie about a man found a thing from garbage and put to his face to become round shiny on his face and fight with dragon. You know what I am talking about?

Maybe "The Mask," with Jim Carrey? There was a mask used to become a different character. I'm not sure it was found in the garbage though, or that there was a dragon fought. Might be a different movie.

You're right.

I just watched it on DVD. I was expecting it to be similar, but more modernized... but it was as if someone shot the plot with a unstable uzi... too many holes in the plot. :(

That sounds similar to Guyver but he doesn't fight a dragon but aliens.

I have both films on DVD. There's some anime available also but ive never looked into it.

I'd personally wouldnt mind a remake or reboot
