Forensic Anthropology/Psychology

Anyone can help me to enroll in the college. Right now, I am Junior in High School. I want to get ready for my future. I need help find the best college for my career Forensic Anthropology or Forensic psychology. I have a hard time to find a college that suits me. My ACT score is high for math and science but low for English and reading. My GPA in freshmen is 2.0, sophomore, 2.3 and junior 3.4.
