I don't remember. I don't dwell on such things. Let me check the caller ID. . .

No, it was 391.

Really, who cares?

Wondering if "Koolaide" ever called ya, Reba?

funniest vp thread ever! thanks for chuckle folks. anyway- to chicagoblue -- you really should be calling customer support about your complaint and I know they are gonna refer you to a VRS complaint . Go ahead and log in your complaint and do it monthly just to make a point on public vp's that robocalls are more annoying then anything else.

Oh yeah. The ones to watch out for are ones from area codes (202) and (876), as these are dangerous scammers. I see them, I just place them on my block list. Not that hard to do.

I hope you're not expecting calls from Gallaudet (202 area code).

Funny you mention colleges. One called my private VP number yesterday, and I haven't gotten around yet to finding out how they obtained the number. Aw, heck. I'll just block it, anyways.

If you want to use a post signature, use the Signature feature under User CP. User CP is on the AD tool bar, far left side. Click that, then scroll down the Control Panel on the left, Settings & Options, to find the Edit Signature link.

Are you aware that I'm not on AllDeaf itself? I'm using.a site that it's connected to. However, I shall try that.

No, I wasn't aware that you aren't on AllDeaf. How would I know that?

As we say in the South, "Where you at?"

Because my usual signature is missing. I'm using a new site it hooked up to recently called TapaTalk. It's neat.

TapaTalk is an app, NOT a site.

I know that. I'm not saying it's a site. I'd never heard of it before. Plus, advertising isn't allowed here, anyways. I'm just telling people who may have noticed my usual signature missing where I'm at.

I don't see anyone's signature or avatar because I have those features turned off on my AD. I like to keep it streamlined. So I have no idea whether or not your usual signature is "missing." Even if I did notice your signature was gone it wouldn't prove anything. People can turn their signatures off and on any time.

That's what I thought.

*shrugs shoulders* Apps. Sites. I don't see them any differently. Heck, I consider Chase Mobile a site, because it's related to my banking.
If you want to work on computers and help other people with their computer problems it's very important to use the correct terminology.

Yes, I do, don't I?

I couldn't figure out why Mark wrote that as on his post I do see his default AllDeaf signature so thought he just typed that in as part of the post and left me going "huh"?

Reading down gave me my answer...
