Florida teen in X-rated videos can return to school after suspension

It is just my opinion that this "kid" does not belong in a public school environment.

It looks like you don't want this kid to learn. This kid can change their career anytime so they are deserved to learn.

It looks like you are not read article clearly.

The code of conduct is limited to school only, not outside of school.

First, he was suspended over investigation with "possible threat" and there is no detail about threat. I guess that school could punish students for porn career as excuse.

Last question - I couldn't answer because there is not enough detail about possible threat or school could use porn as excuse, so need more investigation.

In accordance with School Board Policy (JIC) titled “Code of Student Conduct,” sexting is defined as sending, forwarding, displaying, retaining, storing or posting sexually explicit, lewd, indecent or pornographic photographs, images or messages by or on a cell phone, computer other electronic means during school hours or school activities on or off campus; while on school district property, or beyond the hours of school operation if the behavior adversely affects the personal safety or well -being of school - related individuals, the governance, climate or efficient operation of the school; or the education process or experience. Sexting will not be tolerated and shall be just cause for disciplinary action

Just FYI

What about all the other kids at his school, do they not have rights to learn in an educational setting free from disruption?

I would gander a guess that international attention would be kind of ..... disruptive.

computer other electronic means during school hours or school activities on or off campus

That's means field trip, not 18 years old man's home or career.

According to article, the school stated that 18 years old man wasn't suspended for porn video via online and they said that they have no issue with legal career, so porn is legal career, especially outside of school.

18 years old man lives in Brevard County, FL so his school isn't part of Orange County, FL.

Also, this man can return to class on Wednesday after suspension.

They have choose to not visit porn websites and it is extremely easier to avoid the porn websites. It is student's responsibility to not visit, not 18 years old man.

That was happened outside of school.

So, did they choose to have their school, and fellow classmate, aired on CNN?

I think 18 years old man and his mother want media attention to get support and showing about how ridiculous is school's action - just want readers to sympathize those situation.

That was my guess and thanks to both of them for told me.

you also forgot to highlight these relevant parts in the code of conduct (I gave Orange County as an example of a school district - you can look up this student's relevant policy):

Well, I think you might be mistaken. There are not very many people (who have children of their own) who are showing this mother any sympathy.

It is based on school's discretion - in 18 years old's man situation may not break the sexting policy.

According to article, the school have no issue with 18 years old's porn career because it is legal and they pointed out that his suspension isn't because of his porn career or porn video via online.

I'm not concerned with adult porn, though.

I am concerned that a "legal adult" who performed in a "legal porn flick" is a fellow classmate with under age minors, all of whom had international attention directed at their school because of his actions.

What kind of crack addiction does his mom have that she needs the ludicrous amount of money he made in a porn?

Not really, media attention usually got mixed result - his career was happen outside of school.

His porn career is outside of school and he doesn't carry porn material to school. Nearly all schools block (filter out) the porn websites so no one could access, except for hackers. It is not my problem if it is out of school zone.

I don't understand your question. :dunno:

The quibbling is over for me so have fun with this thread.

I'm going to bed soon so good night to all of AD members.

if its legal and it is then the school should go stuff it!!
a student porn star is should be the least of the schools worries.
i doubt hes the only one. damn really in todays day and age this is an issue?
wow

Sounds like schools will know what you're doing outside of school and can discipline you. Just one of many examples of what they can do to students over little thing or extreme. I think that teen picked a wrong timing to do porn for his mom, he should have waited after he graduated and he can do what he wants without worry about consequences.

Porn star would be a fun job .... lol

You think so?

When director tell you to have a lady with 4 foot of strap on dildo in your arse while filming, and you scream M O N E Y so loud and then that money you receive will goes towards to adult diaper the rest of your life.
