So, what you're saying is I should stay in the right hand lane even if I need to make a left hand turn up the way because douche bags want to speed and not travel the speed limit like law abiding citizens? I don't think so. The left lane for faster traffic is only valid where there are signs posted and on interstates. It is not a U.S. law. :roll:

Oh here, let me be a douche bag and drive in the right lane and let all the other ass muffins who want to drive and speed like jerks fly by in the left. OOPS I need to go left here! *Cuts everyone off to go left possibly causing car accident* lololololol sorry guys! :roll: In busy areas like the Tampa bay area "Where this happened mind you" You can't expect everyone to stay in the right lane who wants to go the speed limit and let all the speeding jerks stay in the left, there are simply FAR too many streets and turns and FAR too many chances to miss them. Maybe in BFE where there's nothing you can get away with that, not here. Again, it's not a law.

the driver filming it is in the wrong because he decides to be an ass by hanging out on left lane.

this entire country knows that a left-hanger is #1 traffic annoyance. why isn't this widespread epidemic NOT addressed and aggressively enforced? I do not know. it's illegal and it's extremely dangerous because we all know it will lead to road rage and accident.

if you're on left lane and you see a driver approaching from behind... you MOVE over! that is not up for discussion. YOU MOVE OVER! plain and simple. That's why I have an extreme hatred toward New Yorkers driving in NJ. They simply do not know how to drive and I think New Yorkers are the worst drivers in USA.

both drivers were on left lane for a LONG while. and he never turned left. he should have changed lane and let him go. that's the law and that's a traffic courtesy. problem solved.

instead... he trolled him and worsened the situation.

Yeah, it is never (note: I only use the word 'never' when it is truly warranted) worth it to risk your life and that of others by being impatient on the road and driving recklessly. It is sad that these days more and more people aren't being thoughtful and courteous to others as it is not only on the roads, but nearly everywhere.

It is a she who was filming. I agree she could be at risk herself by filming. Just because she was in the left lane going the speed limit does not give the man in the truck behind her the right to be mad. He would have eventually gotten to his destination if he just calmly went about his way on the road.

she was also being at risk by staying on right lane and not heeding to a faster driver from behind. there's absolutely no reason for her to stay on a left lane like a dick.

In bold, that what I always do on expressway.

but on busy intersection, if my destination is on left, I stay in left lane, if my destination is on right, I stay in right lane. It is hard to change the lane on extremely busy intersection and should make planning in advance.

Its like Jiro said ... if I'm on the interstate in the left lane even if I'm going 80 if I see another car coming up behind me I'll move over .... slow people in the fast lane are annoying ... I've had to pass cars in the right/slow lane before... and in some cities there is a minimum speed limit but its usually the larger areas... only place I've seen with those signs is Charlotte.
