I have 4 of them (Master and Slave), It appears that Purple no longer use it. I am now messing with it and trying to hack it. Wonder if anyone know which software that works with bluetooth serial. I am able to connect Firefly on phone or PC bluetooth no problem. Just that it need software to "talk" to it. I can see that it's part of Sonic Alert SEC 300.

Advise?? Just want to make it useful for my need.

That won't be easy to find. It. If I recalled that there's a way to have IFTTT talk with Bluetooth. You should try research on that. And maybe Google Home. You know most devices are all internet connections, hence IOT. I've been working with both IFTTT and Google Home for the Deaf. I have a couple of clients who need smart home or home safety. For example, I set up Google Nest Protect, Doorbell Cam and Phillips Hue together. As for the Doorbell cam, when the camera detects a person or presses the doorbell, the whole house light flashes white. If Nest Protect detects smoke going on, the whole house flashes red. Or for Carbon Monoxide, the whole house flashes yellow. It also sent notifications to their smartwatch and mobile phone. Get the idea. It helps to feel safer at home.
Hope you have good luck with finding a way to communicate with Bluetooth!
