I am frustrated i hate phone bother me because I would be support to deaf setting program. I told setting program. I am like fido so i am frustrated. i am disappointment. i don't understand what is going to federal rule policy?
 
Please explain so more deeply, you just says like simple thing.

FIDO? You mean internet speed FIOS? One of the highest speed of internet available today. Fiber Optic type of line that carry about 100x more than cable or dsl.
