Only if they get turned in. It seems that doesn't happen often enough.how? they'll be in jail.
Really, do you see lots of men going to jail for statutory rape anymore?

nope. it's just you.
Not really, it is based on location.
Our area is no NJ/NYC.

actually I'm talking about entire America.
By making emergency contraception available to women of all ages, the FDA is taking an important step to reduce unintended pregnancies and put women in control of their futures," Hogue said in a statement.

The morning-after pill contains a higher dose of the female hormone progestin than is in regular birth control pills. Taking it within 72 hours of rape, condom failure or just forgetting regular contraception can cut the chances of pregnancy by up to 89 percent, but it works best within the first 24 hours. If a girl or woman already is pregnant, the pill, which prevents ovulation or fertilization of an egg, has no effect.
that's what sex education is for.
Sadly, that doesn't work. Something about the teenage mind makes consequence a foreign concept. Besides, a doctor is going yo know much more about the topic than a teacher.
I think it would be better if it's for 15 and older for those pills, considering 15 years old is old enough, than no age restriction at all. Those pills doesn't cause abortions so often, so I don't see what issue is. If they're 14 and under, then parents (and doctor if needed) should involve and support their teen/pre-teen children.
Well, every generation is still changing, yet sex education is still frowned on. =/
EDIT: Before you throw some screaming "you hate women/you're evil conservative Christian/you're oppose to BCs/etc" bullshits on me, I'm not oppose all of those birth controls and sex education. I'm favor of pro-solutions and I believe both pro-life and pro-choice need to be work together instead of bricking.
Now, relax! (sighs)

Yes but US judges disagree with age restriction.
Obama could appeal to US Supreme Court.
No worries - nobody going to misled you.
It looks like parents are more lazy today?
Not all regions in America are same - live in between deep south states and NYC/NJ are very unique. Many kids in here are come from religious families and less likely to have sex until teen.

I'm afraid you're wrong.
Well, sex education is not so prefect but it's better to be informed about body anatomy, how to avoid STDs and pregnancy, and etc. Just because kids are being informed and still got his/her mistake, that doesn't mean sex education should be removed from schools...
so you want to remove sex education and replace it with abstinence program?
I'm not going argue with you.
Where did I say that?
and I'm going to point out your incorrect statement.
I didn't say that.
