Deafies cannot use this phone. They have to wait until the jailor will take them to another room that has a TTD phone....and good luck! hopefully it's working...(as it wasn't in Duval County)....and the inmate has to wait and wait until a jailor decides or "feels" like taking them to use the TDD phone.

I'm not sure about prisons, but I'm sure there is a seperate room, just like the jail for deaf prisoners.

I made it clear that the jailor couldnt just take me when "he felt like it" I made sure I was taken to my phone when I felt like it. The jailor did not like it.
 
The ADA applied to the state and the state police and city/county/state jails. The ADA do NOT apply to the federal government. Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 apply to the federal government. If a deaf person in federal jail (is there something wrong to be a deaf inmate??) want a terp, he/she can ask for one under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The SSA and IRS offer sign language interpreters if a member of the public request for it. BTW, the whole federal judicial branch (district courts to Supreme Court) claimed they are not under the ADA or Section 501. But they do under the foreign language interpreters guidelines. stupid but true.

BTW, during the recent VP crackdown, the FBI interviewed more than 60 deaf people nationwide. Each deaf had 2 sign language interpreters interviewed and videotaped by 2 FBI agents. A few were charged. So the FBI know how to deal with deaf individuals. We are not stupid.

By the dictionary definition, a pedophile is "an adult who is sexually attracted to young children". They don't have to actually have ever touched a child. That would make anyone who deliberately views child porn, a pedophile.

Yes, there are many straight pedophiles. I am sure you can't find them because you probably are googling "Gay pedophiles".

Absolutely nothing wrong with being straight, just as there is nothing wrong with being not straight.

I personally know several sexually abused victims. One was a boy abused by the same sex. The rest were girls abused by men.

I can attest to two things. I'm a survivor of such abuse and my abusers were straight men. So, your theories are junk, my friend. Go do LIGITIMATE and UNBIASED research. Then, come back and talk about the topic. :roll:

Geez, I hope not. We really don't need those type of people. I mean even people who don't like gay people or think they are sinners would still probably be shocked by those statements, because it implies:
1) All pedos are gay. So girls never get molested nor raped by guys.
2) The gay people who are not pedophiles would be "offended" if the government persecutes pedophiles, meaning that gay people feel for the pedophiles. WTF?

Heterosexuality is normal.
Polygamy is normal.
As long they are married, any boy and girl sexual relationship is normal, including a brother and sister. It creates a solid family foundation.
Father-daughter love relationship is normal.
Man-girl love is normal.
