When you go to the mall like for Christmas shopping.
You drive around and can't find parking, that's frustration. Oohhh, Christmas is coming up in Dec.

Ever experience this problem parking? Parking like stupid meter parking or go to the beach and that says "LOT FULL".

lol that's a funny question. I think anybody who drives has experienced this frustration at least once in their life. I'm from NJ and we get this all the time. Oh well! That's what I get for living in heavily-densed metro-area.

btw - I'm surprised that guy with 10000 tickets did not get towed already. I guess it's more profitable to ticket them consecutively than to tow it.

It especially frustrates me when I'm trying to find a place to park at an interpreting assignment site. I don't dare arrive late to an assignment, so I get very stressed out when parking lots are full.

In downtown Charleston they don't bother with multiple tickets; they just put the "boot" on the car tire, or tow it away. Parking on the street there is very limited. I prefer the parking garages.

I get the same thing, in the city of my hometown! It is mostly full becuase of the pople who work in government!

Oops, I am one of them! (But fortunately located at the airport -- until 2010)

im not worry that much because i ride my motorcycle, so i find the parking so easy.

Oh yea...I would have to park farther than usual parking that I park. Oh well!

Yea on a Black Friday is far the worst I've ever experienced. It took me forever to find an empty parking space. :giggle: And guess what? I'm still going Christmas shopping on a Black Friday this year. :laugh2:

That's funny. Me too, I will go there for the Black Friday this year. I don't know what I'm going to get for myself.

It was my first time for the Black Friday last year with my mom's friend. It was like crazy!. People ran and grabbed stuff they want for sale. We went there like at 3am. People camped out and waited til the store opens. Anyway, the parking was full after the store opens.

This year my children's open house was soo crowdy, and we couldn't find anywhere to park, we couldn't park on the street or at the shopping center because of no parking signs. ugh

I wish the school had a bigger parking lot.

or..... don't you wish more people should carpool together?

Suggestion for Parking Problem - Get a friend/family member who doesn't give a damn about shopping and use him/her as a "limo driver" to drop you guys off at malls.

Are you serious, Tousi? Nah, never thought of something like this.

Lol, Brian, I was referring to peoples' behavior at Black Friday sales; probably should have put it in that thread.

Dang I took my kids to the local school homecoming parade today. Talking about finding a parking spot!! I ended up parking on the side of the road parallel parking on the grass. Walked about two blocks... So it was not too bad.

They should have had the student Homecoming committee provide valet service. Oh, wait, you don't want kids driving your car!

Do y'all wear a football helmet to this event?

Last year I saw an older woman get knocked down when the doors were opened for a sale. And she did get back up and was crying and gesturing at the security guard. I am not sure if she was hurt or just upset.

Lol.

The homecoming is different here than most towns. All schools in the county I live in has the same mascots.

So it is a Huge thing for us! LOL

And no I would not prefer my 11 year old to try to parallel park off of Main St.

The parade is an town event. Not at the local high school.

I can imagine a bunch of high schoolers doing vallet parking. :giggle:

Can you imagine people actually trusting them with their vehicles. Not saying all are bad drivers but peer presure can be a bitch when one gets a hold of a nice car.
