Ur too paranoid! No one can survive in cargo space... when plane gets into sky, theres much less oxygen in there for anyone to survive, plus its damn cold down there. If plane didnt make emergency landing this guy will have been dead.

Yeah that is where people pets ride on a plane so it better pressurized and temperature controlled . I took one my dogs on a plane 4 times from the east coast to the west coast and back home to visit and she was in the cargo hold each time . So :nana: diehardbiker ! Hi  Reba!

Airport is very secured area so terrorists cannot get in airplane nor hijacking the airplane.

If a suicidal terrorist was able to sneak into a cargo space they 're not going to worry about dying b/c they'll planning on bombing the plane in midair !

Yeah, but why did you have to twist this whole thread into a terrorist thread? This was just about an employee (baggage handler, if I read correctly) falling asleep in the cargo hold.

Well, guess not all planes have that. I know for sure many planes with cargo underneath isn't pressured and temp controlled, there was an incident that somebody got stuck in there and was freezing, and survived. That was few years ago if I recall correctly.
The temp in the sky is minus 50 F, thats brutal cold up there.

"The cargo hold is pressurized and temperature controlled…."

Might you be remembering the guy who climbed into the wheel well and flew to Hawaii? Or perhaps it was a cargo plane you heard about.

That was the wheel well, not the cargo hold.

The cargo area isn't as comfortable as the passenger area but it's survivable. That's how crated animals travel.

Yeah. I really don't think terrorist would want to be stuck in cargo and unable to take control of plane.

Something like that, but don't forget up in the sky the temp drops to around minus 50, or even colder.

Why are you worry worry worry about everything?

That's EMPLOYEE, NOT TERRORIST!!!
