Emergency communication, how?

Yep, I have emergency email provider on my pager, and also they have a red emergency texts on my digital cable system, when I watched the program a red warning texts on the top of screen and tuned to channel 3 for full emergency information.. depend on your cable company should carry red warning EBS texts..
 
Reba, may i suggest for developing
only one "standard" emergency communication
for all deafies ? Reason: too many deafies
have their own various kind of pagers etc...

Good point.
 
Even if something's not so great, it's a good idea to get them. I thought that we don't have to do everything alone and to let your family know to alert you about emergencies. My mom gets on e-mail from work and e-mail me since I get there and we have a weather alert system that goes off. I can't understand much of what it says, but it's good to have something and just watch out for the news and keep in touch with one of your neighbors.

I don't have devices of anything like pagers, cell phones or any of that.
