I don't think so...feel the Father is terrified to come forth with any information that he knows....

As he knows the gang is after him....for whatever reason...could be a rival gang....And no way would he be able alone to kill the ones responsible....too many of them...

And to note...if he was so scared...feel he would have gotten police protection...as the Police would have information to these gang members and arrest them.....

He's just "not snitching"...and most likely scared shytless....feel he's gonna run...even hide....no matter that his own sonso is dead and he is responsible!

Thus is my point. The father is a ranked gange menber, a gangster. Its not a leap to believe a gangster, will seek violent retribution on the ones who murdererd his son. Given how tame.chigaco gangland is (sarcasm), and the cycle of violence involved...its actually a very safe bet...

Actually...many people believe in an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth....not just gangsters....So, if this violent gangster seeks revenge his way...then hopefully the streets will be a little safer for law abiding citizens.
