I will certainly try making this later in the week, hopefully from locally grown produce. I know I will eat more of this kind of food and look forward to the fun in preparing it. :)
 
Looks good. I will try sometime for son, mother & I. Daughter won't touch it since there are beans in it. She won't know what she's missing. :giggle:
