i dont think they would move again -- just secure the area and start praying i would imagine
 
Glad that Isabel is slowing down and fading away slowly..
but remember .. bless those lost loved ones and their friends/families..
just be grateful that it didnt wipe out many people :)

saw good morning america this am, and saw that alexdanria VA and DC is flooded hope all is ok!!!!!! whoa everyone's getting the DUMPS of the rain!
