Earmold color selection

Hello friends! Here is the chart we get at the audiologist for selecting colored earmolds. Interesting we went to a young hip audiologist at first and she offered up to theee color choices. Now we’re going to an older more rural audiologist and she said she thought babies could only get one color but anyway she is letting us order a three color swirl again. Does this chart look familiar to you or does your audiologist offer different colors? This company who does the earmolds is called Micro sonic

My audiologist gets my earmolds from Starkey. I can choose up to 5 colors at one time.
 
Hmm No idea where my last pair came from (which lab). But the audio had little "paint chip" sample style cards for the colors of earmolds. I picked Green- it looked like a darker green (like the Forest green in LB's link). It did not come back like that- it was a neony green!! There's a picture somewhere on AD of my mold lol.
May have to book mark the Westone one...
 
Oh I didn't know I could get mine coloured. I only saw the audiologist 3 days ago.
Am I too late to ask about this option since they already have my ear moulds?
I never got told they did different colours.
I have to wait until April to receive them.

Call your Audi ASAP and ask them to order the color you want. Hopefully the lab they’re using hasn’t made yours yet.

yep, I got mine from Westone since those ones in the pictures gives me a really bad reaction LOL (love the allergy free solution)
 
I had an appointment yesterday to get new earmolds in color.

I tried to get color 2 years ago when I got my last set of earmolds but the audiologist said she couldn't do color even tho Starkey do color.

Went to a different audiologist yesterday but same company and he has ordered me purple glitter and I've asked for lots of glitter, lol.

Should get them in a week. Can't wait.

I would have loved to get molds as opposed to having the dome but when i tried to tell my audi(rather hearing aids dispenser) i wanted to switch, she found a way to get me to do a different dome. It wasn't what i wanted but i didn't know how to.... more like tell her instead of be lead away from what i felt was best...

you seriously should find another audi if you're not happy with the domes too!

I have to definitely make that appointment asap. My h.A. Broke a few months ago(not even a year old) and as much as im avoiding it i need a new hearing test.
 
Maybe its because i keep ending up with hearing aid dispensers and i always end up a blubbering mess everytime i end up in their office. ( dealing with my hl progressing always makes me cry)

WTF? but yeah, that's also why I had a BTE that lasts a long time too! *same brand, different model since I need power LOL*
(might wanna see if there's a list of audis that accepts your insurance also)
 
I haven't made the appointment because i think my hearing loss has gotten worse, and i don't want to find that out. Ive suspected it thats why i went to the appointment but either i wasnt explaining correctly and she just attributed it to the reason i wanted to switched to the earmold and gave me a new dome(eye roll) or she just didnt care. She wanted to go on my old hearing test from before i had moved and started experiencing more hearing and understanding difficulties.
 
i dont have colored molds right now but i just got red and blue tubing for my aids makes me wish i had molds to match them
 
I was refused coloured moulds, but i still can hope for the future :) i love the purple glitter

it's always a good idea to get an updated test ASAP. just my 2 cents :)
