Pretty close to the cost I pay monthly. Make sense.

AOL DSL is full of :bsflag: Costs really rip off on $$ for low kpbs.

:werd: Also, AOL (high speed) won't allow you use router to share network.

That's why SBC or any other relation with DSL/Cable is best, so you can use router. ;)

i got the comcast special 29 dollars a month for one year then it will be 49 dollars a month which is the average cost for most DSL

I would go for RR (RoadRunner) if it is available in my area since I've heard so much positive about the services.

If your TV cable is down, cable modem goes down, too. If you have a bad cable wire, modem'd have a difficult time receiving the signaler and will not connect to the Internet. These are minor problems.

I love my RR!

Meep! Meep!

Like some chicks go braless, why not go wireless?

I can't wait for new wi-fi come up in Dallas/Fort Worth - probably 2 to 3 years to launch the new wireless service that could go up to 30 miles radius. I wouldn't need to have DSL, Cable or dial-up or any wire.

Good bye wire, hello wireless.

Anyway... I am use Hot Spot under T-mobile. I can hook up wireless from Starbucks coffee, Airport terminal, Border the book store, Kinko's and college campus. My apartment is pretty closer to Kinko's but I have go outside, bit closer to there and use my Powerbook with wireless card inside which is awesome! Very fast! 1.5 mbps.
