Drinking one can of regular soda a day can makes you gain weight

been there I am addicted to Coca~Cola! Used to drink this much! Now cut down alot but still struggling. Ain't easy!

i used to drink ALOT[B of Dr.Pepper.. i drank maybe 12 can a day.. somehow i meet Fly Free she make a good tea that i wouldn't think that i woudln't drink at the all but somehow Tea is my favorite now... I would drink tea more than 12 can a day.. that help me to stay away from any of soda but Dr. Pepper is still my favorite if i go out to eat or any of events i would grab one.

Cold Brewed Ice Tea with 1 cup of sugar

Dr Pepper with alot of sugar i can't find the result about it.. but i believe it's more than 1 cup of sugar.
 
Yes I know for a long time that the soda is unhealthy and have sodium, that's why I choose to drink water, milk and 100% pure juices.
 
Regluar Soda and Diet Soda are same equal aint' going help you lose weight..

btw I'm very addiction: Canada Dry (Ginger Ale) I don't care how much sugar inside the soda.. btw tasty so good!

But.... Don't take drink soda too much... Why don't use atternative drink juice or others... would have balance in your body.

Yes, I know that there're sugar added in any juices but not 100% pure juices. We alway make sure that there're no sugar added in any juices before buy them (read their label). I don't buy less or up to 80% juices because I know they have sugar, sweetener, flavor, etc. 100% pure juice = full fruits with no extra added.
 
when i was pregnant.. I found out I had gestational diabetes. my nutrionist told me not to DRINK any fruit juices at all cuz it contain sugar!

but she did mentioned it is ok to process the orange juice raw and drink the juice directly. as it doesnt contain sugars...
 
It is not only the soda pop that makes you gain weights. There are so many reason or factors as to why you would be able to gain weight. It's only about how your body process and retains the nutritional stuffs.

Yes I can´t drink 100% pure orange or grapefruit juice when I was pregnant with 2 boys.. .It got me heartburnt.... Terrible...

That´s why I make sure that there´re no sugar before buy pure juices... Read label first before buy them... We loves to drink 100% pure orange, lemon & carrot together in one juice.. mmmhhh
 
when i was in high school or middle school in my old school and im using dr pepper soda lots and my doctors says need drink soda less than anyone of soda but im using diet coke and diet pepsi.

my brother drink lots of mountain dew they he wont quit that soda but he loves it so much!

my dad drink of diet coke lots like mine my grandma and my mom using coke sometimes not lots and also my aunt drink diet coke also.
