They are not only ones who eat them even here in USA people do eat them. My husband ate cat stew once and he did not know about it till afterward. My brother's neighbor killed a cat and made stew out of it for pot luck. I am so glad I did not get to eat them.

How did he find out afterward ? Did he throw up after findin' out that he ate the cat or what ?
I couldn't imagine how people would dare to do that. That's hard to believe.

My brother knew it and waited till after my husband ate it,he told him. This was how mountain people lived for being in wilderness. Many of them were living in poverty and had no water running. Strange there, I love the places up there but won't live there. So many strange people still live there.

I read this thread now and I feel my stomach getting so upset after I saw the picture. Baiting live animals are sooo scary and painful for them, then throwing them into water to be dragged for shark bite. I don't blame any of you for being upset over this. This is pure nuts!!!

Yes, me too - I feel helpless as the picture of this poor pup will stay with me for a long time, as I wish it is possible to rescue all dogs/cats free from the barbaric butcher Asian people!!!
 
That's really a horrid thing to hear about! :mad: At least, the fact it has been revealed, I'm pretty sure something will be done about it.

As you can see why I love my 2 dogs, German Shepherd and Coonhound. I treated them like they are my children.
 
*sigh* that's a despicable thing to do to innocent animals.

Let's hope the murdered animals will come back to haunt them and prod their consciences.

Well, Korean people eat dogs. Keep in mind that any animals are food that God provides people to eat. Jewish people ate locusts. My sister ate earthworm. Some people drank goat's milk. Anything that you can eat is what God provides you.

But that cat was alive when it was put into a pot of hot boiling water and I don't think that God would want us to do that to live animals.

Yeah, I know God provides all these different kind of animals for people to eat, but ...gee it's hard to close eyes and eat them while they are ugly or what not. *faint*
