Dog eats paralyzed man's testicle

Mmm, why would small white fluffy dog eat human testicle? This is not something that dog would normal to eat human organ. The dog could be extreme hungry?!

Poor guy lost one of his testicle.

this dog was a stray dog... basically a wild animal.
