said "Require Two License Plates: California"
long time ago, my old car lost front License, only one back License, it is no law that I went to DMV, I got one stamp date for one back License, really Require two????
In the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan, and in the U.S. states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia, however, license plates are currently only required on the rear of the vehicle. Some vanity and specialty plates in Arizona and Kansas are issued in pairs, but only the rear plate is required to be displayed; the optional front plate is something of a bonus for paying an extra fee for the plate.
Here in Germany and other Europe countries requires 2 liescne for front and back of car.
Same in Ohio... I'm surprised some states allowing one.
Yes, I was like ... how could you notify their drive liecsene numbers when they drive away with no liescne to see (only front or back). Both front and back is more easy for us to notify and give their number to police than one number.
I know Indiana requires only one license plate on back.
Wisconsin requires 2 tags and registration stickers (month/year) is put on the rear tag
