I wonder does anyone have SK3 problems lately like email can't get through, they keep on turn to stars not "G"... SK3 is totally fked up since few days... My friends have same problems, is it Minnesota or national? Let me know its not only my state, thanks!!!
 
most of us have trouble with sk pagers. not just Your sk3. all sk pagers from what i noticed.
 
Sunday my sk3 was not working all day. I called the three digit tmobile nbr and got a pre-recorded msg saying sk3 is experience maintennace and will get the sk going soon. Lastnight, it pooped out on my again, I called the same nbr and same pre-recorded msg came on so, I waited to speak to customer service and I asked how long will this be going on. She said, didn't know that was not very helpful. I guess we have to be patient for it to be running normal again.
So far this morning its working who knows it can blank out again hope tmobile moves fast to fix the problem.
 
Yea, many my friends cannot send me or I send them, so I think all SK arent working well, thats why I love BlackBerry...
 
I had plm this morning and now its all working!! My friend and my gf had the same plm last night and this morning too.

Since I have been reading a lot of sources around the forum, I have seen a lot of SK2 and SK3 problems around the states, despite I am not in the states and I own the SK3 and I believe, according to Tweetybird in other thread if you are with T-mobile the network is having problems and that is why the Sidekicks are down at the moment. So be patient.
 
Yup, I have problem with SK3 cuz I unable to got email from one ADer last 2 days ago.

Vampy, Who cares if your SK3 isn't problem, I bet you got problem too.

Hi Rachel,

I saw on other forums, they said all the SK cellphones at the Danger servers was do a maintenance and upgrades in those danger's servers and some of cellphone towers. You will getting Email and etc will be fine after the maintanence and upgrades. You might get credits in your tmobile account after you called the services.

It's t-mobile network issue, not SK.

Look at Vampy, his SK3 is working so fine when others are down.
 
thats why i stopped using sidekicks...device quality sucked

thats why treo rocks!
 
My wife has Sidekick ID, has no problem with sending me email. If she start have problem, she reset on her pager once a while... she hate sidekick so much.. (sigh)

Tmobile need expanding server to allow, the server set on Sidekick's server need work on it...

I assumed in past of time while sidekick was primary attraction for deaf community use as pager. Now I don't know how many Deaf user has Sidekick might hurt the server on Sidekick's server that demand to expanding service.

In past of time is great until now... scoff...

Well, a lot of my friends who have Blackberry have problems with getting emails from other people. They get the emails hours or days late.
 
Yeah, I have a Sidekick problem; I lost mine while on vacation. :giggle:

PacMan, I correct you that T-MO server had the MOST severity issue and coverage issues which is unavaible in their area where they live or travel. Not Sidekick device itself.. ;)
 
Mine likes to NOT send text messages from time to time.. But usually turning off the SK then turning it back on fixes the problem. Most of the time though, I don't have issues and I live in Wyoming where there is no T-Mobile coverage or stores throughout the whole state.
 
^^ No coverage? How do you get a signal if you live in Wyoming? :confused:
