Does anyone has a copy of Envision SL?

Hi there, I know some of you are working for Sorenson.. and I know they removed Envision SL from their calling options.

I just want a copy of Envision SL to test out with Wine on the Mac. Viable Vision won't work and XMeeting is crap.

I have Sorenson SL software program but PC only
 
EnvisionSL no longer works and it is old school. Why does the Viable Vision suck to you? XMeeting needs to be confugired carefully.

You need XMeeting .4p2. It work well with most VRS. Unfortunately, after 10 minutes the view on your will become crap and hard to see for the agent to see.

Yeah I have that, it is pretty decent program but need lot of works..

I did not say VV sucks, I said it is simply won't work. I tried with Envision SL, wont work. I wish they could develop VV, VideoSign for Mac, not xMeeting... ahhhh

Ah! I guess you're struck with iChat with HOVRS for VRS only instead point to point. :aw:

did you allow unblock firewall when you run either viable or xmeeting ?

must be something wrong with your pc/laptop from there.

Envision SL is R.I.P pretty much.

I am using Viable Vision software on a Vista system. I called someone with a Sorenson VRS. They could see me but they didn't have audio from my end. I could hear them but didn't have video from their end.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Does anyone know what to do to fix it?

One odd thing: I tried the record feature of V.V. and when I went back to the recorded session I could see the video they were sending along with the audio but yet I never saw the incoming video.
 
Does Sorenson VRS still support EnVision SL?

We’re sorry, due to current FCC regulations, Sorenson VRS no longer supports Envision SL.

heres a secret guys -- envision sl is based on netmeeting. Netmeeting comes with windows until vista came along. you can get a compatibity tab setup install for vista of netmeeting if you fill out a form online with microsoft. Ever since microsoft dropped netmeeting from vista, Sorenson dropped envsion SL as well. Since there were too many people abusing using envision, they got rid of the directory server for envision SL. You can still use envision SL and netmeeting as long you have the IP address of the person you want to call. It just takes some networking and software know how to get through the firewall issues and compatibility. Just keep in mind that those programs uses a old video compression so it will be blurry at times compared to vp100 and vp200 or other VP hardware.

i have netmeeting installed on my vista.
 
Anyone may start NetMeeting on XP and Vista.

Start Netmeeting

About Windows 7?

Must use IP public IP address to call SorensonVP or other VP.
