Curious how many here shop @ eBay to buy stuff.

I usually go there to buy stuff that are no longer in production.

me. tons of it. so does my brother.

I like it, too. I had bought several items from USA and Canada only. Not HK.

We have bought lots of stuff from eBay, including the kitchen sink! Some items we buy are used, some new. Our stainless steel kitchen sink, sink hardware, and pot filler were new, and cost less and were better quality than offered at Lowes or Home Depot. We also bought our two bathroom vessel sinks and faucets new from there for at least 2/3 less the cost.

EBay is a great source for discontinued and nostalgic items. I've used it for replacing broken Corningware pieces, and a used iMac from a school system supplier.

I bought new, hard to find, specialized bowling balls for my grandsons, and new bowling ball bags.

Our biggest purchase was Hubby's fully equipped work van. We've had it for several years now. It was a great deal.

Just be sure to read the descriptions carefully, pay attention to the seller's feedback, research and compare the product from other sources, and ask questions of the seller when in doubt.

Yeah, I do use eBay, but I've had many bad experiences with sellers. There are a lot of shady sellers on it, and eBay doesn't do much to keep them in check. I use Amazon.com a lot more, and I've never had a bad experience. Amazon is much better, but they don't have as many things.

250+ feedback and climbing, started since 1998.. A quarter of that is from sales. Zero negative experience, have purchased and shipped worldwide. But I am a man of crucial details, so I ask questions or skip shady things like certain countries.

I use eBay. I haven't used it in a while, but I do go there when I'm looking for stuff that's no longer in production or difficult to find.

I remember buying Clue: The Great Museum Caper from eBay years ago.

My parents got that game and I played it a bunch of times with my family within the first few days of opening it. They put it away. A few years later, it disappeared. Turns out that my mom threw it away because a lot of pieces were missing. Apparently, my little sisters got into a bunch of board games. They opened one game, played with it... then opened another... and another. The whole room was full of opened board games and when they cleaned up, they just put whatever was in whatever boxes. So, everything got mixed up or misplaced.

I suddenly thought about the game and decided to see if eBay had it... and they did... in mint condition... unopened... still sealed! :)

I use Ebay all the time. And have since about 1998. Only about two bad experiences.

I sometimes buy some stuffs from Ebay but I could not sell other stuffs due to their stupid voice verification.

Sometimes....depend if I cannot find anything on CL near or around my home, then Ebay or Amazon is on my next choice to shop.

I have never seen a pot filler before.....thats pretty cool. I have installed that exact same faucet though at least 50 times. Its very popular here. Good one too. Make sure you save the tool that comes with it JIC.
