I think he is alive.

Me too. That what I watched on News. Osama was on video near to mountains. That where he hide in the cave. He just come out of cave. He heard about Obama is a president-elect. I seem Osama is still alive. No report that he died yet.

He is still alive after those years. No one can catch him. He is still in hiding.

I think he is alive.

How come you did not tell us that he is in your closet? You have been feed him three meals a day and change his diaper.

I believe that he was killed!

He's alive. Hiding under the desert of Arabic world. We don't know this, but there's an underworld of their world. One we can't see from the sky.

yes he is hiding.. bec our army is there.. i think we should all our amry leave the area.. so let him get out of cave that way we can see him from our space spy siteliate (sp)
that end up we can send our secret fast plane like B-1 to there and drop it there

that way we can catch him.. simple thoery.. i dont know if that work or not..

let our experts military do thier job..

Our favorite boogeyman. He was trained by the CIA during the ex-Russian war with Afsghanistan and a multimillionaire. He is probably sunning himself right now on the beach at the French Riviera, courtesy of the CIA.

Hey! We have no clue about Osama's died. It's no evidence yet. Let US military or Afghanistan police find Osama or body. Of course, They will report if Osama alive or died. My husband said don't think Osama died. He haven't hear any report.

I believe he is still alive and hiding somewhere that is very top secret and hard to find.

I dont think we may be able to capture him at all since the government dont really do their job on this part...we should've caught bin laden instead of Saddam since I dont believe Saddam had anything to do with the 9-11th attacks...surely he was our enemy, but he was not involved. We just wasted almost 8 years on this and nothing has improved. The war just keep getting worse and its all just about the stupid oil stuff.

Bush betrayed his country with alot of lies and now is under bankruptcy thanks to that good-for-nothing monkey man.

He is as equally an influence alive as he is dead. So it doesn't matter which he is.

Can Obama Catch Osama bin Laden?
President-Elect Plans to Renew U.S. Commitment to Finding Al-Qaeda Leader

It is perhaps one of President George W. Bush's more frustrating failures, and one of the most difficult tasks he'll hand over to his successor.

President-elect Barack Obama says he plans to renew U.S. commitment to finding Osama bin Laden and crushing al Qaeda in Afghanistan.

More than seven years after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, Osama bin Laden, the man Bush once said he wanted captured "dead or alive," has not been found.

President-elect Barack Obama has said that he plans to renew the U.S. commitment to tracking down the al Qaeda leader.

"I think it is a top priority for us to stamp out al Qaeda once and for all, Obama told CBS's "60 Minutes" Sunday. "And I think capturing or killing bin Laden is a critical aspect of stamping out al Qaeda. He is not just a symbol, he's also the operational leader of an organization that is planning attacks against U.S. targets."

As soon as Obama takes office in January, he has said he will begin work on a plan to draw down U.S. troops in Iraq and beef up U.S. troop numbers in Afghanistan.

"Particularly in light of the problems that we're having in Afghanistan, which has continued to worsen. We've got to shore up those efforts," Obama told "60 Minutes."

WASHINGTON (AP) — President-elect Barack Obama plans major changes in U.S. policy on the war in Afghanistan and intends to renew the commitment to hunt for Osama bin Laden, underscoring the fight against al-Qaeda as the nation's highest priority, a newspaper reported Tuesday.

The Washington Post said Obama, who takes office on Jan. 20, wants to explore a more regional strategy in Afghanistan, including the possibility of negotiations with Iran.

"This (al-Qaeda) is our enemy," the Post quoted an unnamed senior adviser as saying. "And he (bin Laden) should be our principal target."

Unidentified national security advisers to the president-elect were quoted as saying Obama believes the Bush administration has played down the hunt for the al-Qaeda leader after years of failing to apprehend him.

The report also quotes U.S. intelligence officials saying the search for bin Laden is as intensive as ever but al-Qaeda's threat would remain large even if bin Laden were neutralized.

Members of Obama's transition team "have yet to examine available military and intelligence resources and how they are currently being used," the Post reported.

Additionally, it said, they have yet to plot a diplomatic approach to Pakistan, where bin Laden is thought to be in hiding.

Obama has said he would be receptive to unconditional talks with Iran but later said such episodes would be impossible without proper groundwork. The newspaper report quoted a U.S. military official as saying in the future an intermediary could be used to establish the groundwork for such talks.

President George W. Bush has made talks between the United States and Iran contingent upon the Islamic republic stopping its uranium enrichment program that the Bush administration believes is intended for nuclear weapons. Iran maintains its enrichment program is solely for the generation of energy.

The Post says Obama plans to add thousands of troops to the campaign in Afghanistan, but might also seek to find common ground with Iran, which shares a border with the south central Asian nation.

The unidentified official was quoted as saying the Iranians do not want Sunni extremists in charge of Afghanistan any more than the United States does. Most Iranian Muslims belong to the Shiite sect of Islam, not the rival Sunni.

On the Taliban question, the report quoted advisers as saying Obama might support discussions between the Afghan government and elements of Taliban which have agreed to abandon violence and respect the country's Constitution.
