Do you support.......

Damn, that was a pretty lousy cast. Only turned up one obvious moron, errr, minnow.
It is kind of a slow night for catching morons. That's probably because my fellow morons are away at their KKK meetings planning future bigotry projects and plotting to thwart our morally superior liberal overlords' plans to civilize us. I couldn't make it because I had a prior obligation to do some discriminatin'. I got back early and thought I'd get on Alldeaf and eat up some yummy moron bait.

Well, better luck tomorrow!

I wish I could have gone to that. That's our national moron KKK meeting. That's where they made plans to stimulate the economy by blowing $800 billion on pork, make health care more efficient by adding hundreds of bureaucracies, and lower health care costs by increasing demanding without increasing supply, all while creating $trillion+ deficits for years to come.

Oh wait...

See you at Tea Party rally

1) Do you support AZ 1070? Yes, more states should follow AZ's example. I'm all for immigration as along as it is legally done.

2) obamas health care bill? Yes, with the exception of the mandatory stuff.

3) Mosque/community center being built near Groung Zero? No I think it is an insult to build the place near a spot where fanatical fucktards murdered thousands.

4) Repealing the Bush Tax cuts? No, IMO I think If those tax cuts are repealed, the economy will go from bad to FUBAR

5) Gay marriage? Yes, people have the right to commit to each other.

Wow, that is quite a complement. You know, you're not a KKK thug either. :grouphug:

I'm curious, for those who support Obamacare except for the mandate, how do you square that with the fact that the "reform" falls apart without the mandate? I mean, if you get rid of the mandate but keep everything else, we're going to see insurance companies go out of business left and right. Is that the end goal? Or would you do something else to prevent that from happening?

I honestly am not sure how it should work. My thinking is: if some Americans can have medicare, shouldn't we be able to figure out a way to make it possible for the rest of the citizens to have health care similar to medicare without being fined for not being able to afford the coverage...

yea I know. it's ironical, right especially when I voted "yes except mandatory insurance clause", right?

What I support about Obamacare is:
1. no pre-existing condition
2. preventive care
3. modernizing health information technology
4. affordable health care

What I don't like is:
1. mandatory insurance
2. the whole mumba jumba thing about long-term fiscal sustainability which reeks of rotten, infected wound

Why I decided to go along with Obamacare? Because it's better than current situation.

Please vote yes, no or :dunno: to each question

Enjoy

1, yes; 2, half half; 3, not really; 4, no; 5, not really - i dont generally believe in government recognized marriages anyway.. do it in front of family/friends and at wherever, im cool. Government doesnt need to get involved.

If they can't fix Medicare's own problem of waste and fraud to the tune of $60 billion dollars a year then imagine what Obamacare will do to the economy and money poured down the drain. Medicare covers alot of people now. I can only imagine the damage Obamacare will inflict.

Another logical response.

that's what Obamacare is about. To fix that mess. to reduce the waste and fraud.

but.... I'll believe it when I see it.

that means you don't believe in different taxing system for single and married couple either?

Medicare, for the most part, is for older people who have spent most of their working lives paying into it. In theory, it's like a retirement fund they pay into and can take out from when they're older (although in reality, it works more like a Ponzi scheme). As it is, we won't be able to afford it within a few decades. Expanding it now to people who haven't paid in as long will only make that worse. The best way to expand coverage is to make health care less costly and increase supply. The bill does neither.

Without the mandate, nobody would buy expensive insurance because they could just wait until they're sick and then buy it. States that have tried that have seen premiums skyrocket and insurance companies leave their states en masse. On a national scale, it would be disaster. Also, I'm not sure how this bill will make health care more affordable. It just takes everything that's making health care so expensive and making it worse.

Just because there's a problem doesn't mean you should accept any medicine that comes along claiming to fix it. Some may make it worse.

1. Loco Law. (I won't go to Arizona even I'm not mexican but I may be mistaken for look alike because I had mix spaniard blood in me and I'm olive-tan skinned too).
2. Ouch Ouch Ouch for the Health Care Bill in America. Heard that France provided the best overall health care. (I watched documentary "Sicko" with Michael Moore).
3. I dunno. (I really can't judge)
4. I dunno.
5. Si, I'm gay too.
